Yaxin-1161G chlorophyll fluorescence measuring system

Yaxin-1161G chlorophyll fluorescence measuring system can measure the kinetic process of chlorophyll fluorescence. It combines the OJIP transients（rapid fluorescence kinetic）and Slow Chlorophyll a fluorescence kinetics measured techniques, greatly facilitates the study of chlorophyll fluorescence.

I. Instrument Functions

1. Measurement function: Obtain the rapid fluorescence kinetic curve of OJIP (1 ~ 10 s); Obtaining a pulse transient fluorescence kinetic curve (1-10 minutes); The measured basic parameters are Fo, Fj, Fi, Fm (Fp), Fo', Fm', Fs, Ft and area;
2. Calculation function: The quenching parameters φ ΦPSⅡ ⅱ, qN, qP(NPQ), Y(NO), y (npq); Parameters of photochemical efficiency: Fv/Fm, Fv'/Fm', Fq'/ Fm', Fv, Fv', FQ'; Quantum yield or energy distribution ratio: φPo, ψO, φEo, φ do; Performance index: PIABS, PICS, etc.
3. Display function: Show a fast fluorescence kinetic curve (OJIP curve); Display pulse transient fluorescence kinetic curve
4. Data function: Data storage: built-in large-capacity data storage; Data deletion and transmission
