Reaction Screening We offer fully automated multiple reactor systems (5 to 20ml) in both high and atmospheric pressures so that you can rapidly screen reactions, solvents and catalysts for viability. Options include on-line LC/GC, liquid and gas feed as well as on line determinations of gas up-take rates.
LP Chem-SCAN
The Low Pressure Chem-SCAN is a fully automated robot-based workstation for the rapid evaluation of chemical reaction parameters, including temperatures, feeds and agitation control.
It is a fully modular design allowing for the dedication of a system that best suits your application demands now, and is upgradeable in the future to include more reactions, independent temperature control and full sampling including HPLC control.
HP Chem-SCAN
The High Pressure Chem-SCAN is a parallel reactor system designed for the rapid screening of high pressure reactions and heterogeneous catalysis systems.
The system allows simultaneous study of up to eight high pressure reactions with reactor volumes of 16ml. The unit is capable of operating up to 100bar (1500psi), with a standard temperature range of ambient to 200°C as well as low and high temperature options. The system is equipped with aggressive high torque magnetically coupled agitation of up to 1500rpm. Hastelloy reactor versions are available for corrosive gases/liquids.
CAT96
High Throughput, High Pressure: 96-well plate for catalyst screening.
CrystalSCAN
Fully computer controlled, solubility and metastable zone evaluation in ten independent stirred vessels.
