auto-MATE plus Range The auto-MATE plus range is an expansion of the first and most successful parallel synthesis system for process development and optimisation, using multiple miniature reactors. The key feature of auto-MATE data is that it is scalable, thus reducing the need for bench or pilot scale studies.
LP auto-MATE
The auto-MATE offers you the opportunity to carry out large numbers of experiments in the shortest time, allowing process optimisation in days NOT months.

Process conditions can be controlled and monitored simultaneously in multiple reactors at one time with independent control of all conditions (e.g. temperature, reagent feed, agitation).

HP auto-MATE
The auto-MATE HP is the high pressure parallel synthesis system of the market leading process optimisation tool auto-MATEplus. The fully automated system is computer controlled and provides truly scaleable data in continuous, batch and semi-batch chemistries involving one, two or three-phase systems.

It is designed to enable the study of reactions up to 100 bar (1500 psi) and allows for independent control and monitoring of your chemistry. It allows both multiple and parallel feeds of liquids and gases, pressure, temperature and agitation rates.

auto-MATE 350
Specifically it has been designed for people who want to perform faster research (hence multiple reactors) but also require more product at the end of a run for further analysis and also for those with concerns regarding scale-up, particularly of agitation parameters.

Duet
The Duet is a dual purpose workstation that combines on the same physical unit, the ability for small-scale reaction screening as well full process development. Offering maximum utilisation of laboratory space as well as a significant saving in instrument costs.

auto-MATE mini
The original auto-MATE with over 100 systems in use. Clear glass jacket, compact, with or without robotic sampling. Minimum volume 20ml, but fully scaleable data – confirmed by HEL users world-wide.
