Tanon 460SF Chemiluminescent Imaging System
The Tanon – 4600SF model offers sensitive chemiluminescence detection in addition to gel and blot documentation of fluorescent and colorimetric samples.The system includes a supersensitive 16-bit CCD camera that is supercooled for detection of faint chemiluminescent samples. F/0.85 lens upgrade the sensitivity. The system is the ideal accompaniment to PCR, protein purification, electrophoresis systems and chemiluminescent western blots. It enables quick and easy visualization, documentation, and analysis of nucleic acid and protein gels, blots with a few clicks of mouse.
