SHST SUV Series - UV Transilluminator

Brief Introduction

The SUV series UV Transilluminator can be used for the result observation and gel cutting operation of nucleic acid (DNA/RNA) gel electrophoresis. 

There are two models available: single wavelength SUV-10 / dual wavelength SUV-20. THe single wavelength model (SUV-10) is equipped with 302nm UV lamps, and the dual wavelength model (SUV-20) is equipped with 302nm and 365nm UV tubes as standard. 

The fluorescence of EB was stimulated by 302n UV with high sensitivity and clear observation band. The detection sensitivity is as low as ng level. 

The instruments are widely used in scientific research institutes and enterprises in the fields of molecular biology, molecular genetics, medicine and health, biological products, agriculture and other life sciences.

Features​

The UV protection plate can be adjusted and fixed at any angle to provide UV protection without affecting the observation.

The dual wavelength model can satisfy the different needs of users. The 302nm UV is suitable for the observation and analysis of DNA / RNA, while the 365nm UV is suitable for the preparation of observation and cutting bands to reduce the damage to the samples.

A UV shield can protect users away from UV damage. 

Both models can shut down automatically to protect themselves.
