Use
This instrument is used to measure the cleanness of precise machining parts (plane, column and other surface), also used to measure reticle, plating depth of part''s surface.
Equipped with each kind of accessories, this instrument can measure the surface that is grainy, disordered machining lines, low-reflection workpiece surface; also may be installed on workpiece to measure large-type workpiece surface. The unevenness range of measuring instrument surface is 1～0.03micron, and ▽10～▽14cleanness is measured in the method of micrometer eyepiece and taking photos.
This instrument is suitable for factory, mine, enterprise, measuring room, and precise machining plant, also suitable for senior academy, science research unit.
