Creative Biogene Human Parainfluenza Virus Type 1 Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Human Parainfluenza Virus Type 1 in nasal and pharyngeal secretions by using real time PCR systems. Human parainfluenza viruses (HPIVs) are the viruses that cause human parainfluenza. HPIVs are a paraphyletic group of four distinct single-stranded RNA viruses belonging to the Paramyxoviridae family. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Human Parainfluenza Virus Type 1. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
