Creative Biogene Sapovirus(SV) Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Sapoviruses in stool or vomit sample by using real time PCR systems. Sapoviruses are caliciviruses that together with the noroviruses, are the most common cause of acute viral gastroenteritis in adults. In contrast to norovirus, sapovirus is known to give infections mainly in infants and young children. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Sapoviruses. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
