Creative Biogene Picobirnavirus(PBV)Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of picobirnavirus in stool or vomit sample by using real time PCR systems. Picobirnavirus is a genus of dsRNA viruses, the only genus in the family Picobirnaviridae. Although amniotes, especially mammals, were thought to serve as hosts, it has been recently suggested that these viruses might infect bacteria. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the picobirnavirus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
