Creative Biogene Nipah Virus (NiV) Real Time RT-PCR Kitis used for the detection of Nipah Virus in serum,plasma,infected animal tissue or secretion by using real time PCR systems. Nipah virus is one of several viruses identified by WHO as a likely cause of a future epidemic in a new plan developed after the Ebola epidemic for urgent research and development before and during an epidemic toward new diagnostic tests, vaccines and medicines. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Nipah Virus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
