Creative Biogene Parechovirus Real Time RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Parechovirus in samples like nasal and pharyngeal secretions, sputum, provoked sputum, stool, C.S.F, serum by using real time PCR systems. Parechovirus is a genus of viruses in the family Picornaviridae. Humans, ferrets, and various rodents serve as natural hosts. The genus currently consists of four accepted species. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Parechovirus. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
