Creative Biogene Foot‐and‐Mouth Disease Virus(FMDV) Asia 1 Strain RT‐PCR Kitis used for the detection of Foot‐and‐Mouth Disease Virus(FMDV) Asia 1 Strain in herpes secretion or saliva samples by using real time PCR systems. Foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) is the pathogen that causes foot-and-mouth disease. It is a picornavirus, the prototypical member of the genus Aphthovirus. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Foot‐and‐Mouth Disease Virus(FMDV) Asia 1 Strain. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
