Window:
1.one whole piece of 5mm thick tempered safety glass sashes in PP frame, able to sliding laterally in the frame and vertically with the frame.
2. Frame balanced from elevation and sides so as it can be stopped at any position by pulling up or down.
3. PP grab handle along the glass edge which is chemical resistance.
Exterior Structure: 1.2 mm thick coldrolled steel folded, welded, polished, acid cleaned, phosphoresced, and coated with electrostatic, corrosion resistant. And oven dried spray paint.
Interior Claddings: 5 mm thick compact panels on the side with air flow guides on top to protect the wall and facilitate air discharge. Modular construction
That can be easily disassembled for cleaning and reassembled. Acids, Alkalis, moisture and high temperature resistant.
Working table: 19mm epoxy resin workop with 25mm edge which is continuous on all four sides of the worktop.
Lighting: 30 Watt antisepsis daylight lamp fitted in gas insulated housing to provide not less than 400 LUX of light flux on the working table.
Socket: Four sets of 220 volt/ 10 AMP multi-functional electric socket outlets with water proof cover.
Lab accessories:
1. Yellow brass, epoxy resin coated water control valve and cock.
2. Yellow brass, epoxy coated gas control valve and cock. The gas valve is with safety function to avoid air leakage, it will not be unintentionally turned on unless you press it.
Control panel:
LCD control panel which is capable of controlling ON/OFF of fume hood, lamp and fan. Shutdown time can be set in advance. We can furnish control panel imported from France which can show face velocity,
make alarm etc.
Storage Cupboard:
1. 3 or 4 double walled doors made of 1.2 mm thick cold-rolled steel and spray painted as specified above.
2. Stainless steel handles and S.S hydraulic hinges.
3. PP United Cup, resistant to acids, alkali and organic impregnations.
Face velocity: It's 0.4-0.6m/s when we open the sash at 24''. (when the sash is fully opened).
