Description：
Human Mesenchymal Stem Cells are derived from bone marrow of healthy human (18-45 years old) with informed consent and cultured as monolayer for two passages in Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium (Cat. No.: HUXMA-90011).
Cells are cryopreserved at the second passage of culture.
Cells are supplied in a cryovial containing 1×10⁶ cells.

Characterization of cells：
Strong capacity to expand.
Positive for CD29, CD44, CD73, CD105, CD166 and negative for CD11a, CD34, CD45 by flow cytometry analysis.
Multipotential differentiation ability along osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages.

Quality control:
Cells are tested negative for bacteria, fungi, mold, HIV, hepatitis-B&C, and mycoplasma.

Delivery and storage:
Frozen cells are shipped on dry ice.
Upon receipt, if no dry ice is left in the package, thaw and use them immediately.
If there is dry ice left in the package, store it in liquid nitrogen immediately upon arrival until it is convenient to proceed to subculture.
When stored at the recommended storage conditions, components are stable up to the expiration date. Do not expose to elevated temperature.
