[Product Features]
Water soluble adjuvant, no need for complicated operations such as emulsification, and easy to use.
The mice can be immunized by intraperitoneal injection, which requires low operation requirements for animal experimenters and is easy to operate.
The immune intensity is high, producing higher titer serum antibody than traditional Freund's adjuvant.
For antigens with high homology with mice or antigens with low immunogenicity, mice can still be successfully immunized to obtain effective antibodies.
Effectively protect the spatial structure of antigen, so that animals can produce more antibodies that recognize the epitopes of spatial structure.

[Dosage]
Each animal needs 100ul adjuvant for each immunization.
Storage Conditions
2~8 ℃ for 6 months.
[Usage]
Dilute the antigen to the corresponding volume with PBS or normal saline, and mix the antigen solution and adjuvant in 1:1 volume ratio. See the following table for the dosage.

2. Place the antigen/adjuvant mixture on a shaking table at 37 ℃, and incubate it for 35 min at medium and low rotating speeds of 60~80 rpm/min.
3. Each mouse was immunized with 200ul antigen/adjuvant mixture each time, and the immunization mode was intraperitoneal immunization.
[Precautions]
1. The adjuvant solution shall be mixed upside down before use.
2. The antigen/adjuvant mixture can not be stored for a long time, and should be prepared on the spot.
3. The adjuvant is only used for scientific research.
