Creative Biogene Moraxella Catarrhalis(MC) Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Moraxella Catarrhalis by using real time PCR systems. Moraxella catarrhalis is a fastidious, nonmotile, Gram-negative, aerobic, oxidase-positive diplococcus that can cause infections of the respiratory system, middle ear, eye, central nervous system, and joints of humans. It causes the infection of the host cell by sticking to the host cell using trimeric autotransporter adhesins. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Moraxella Catarrhalis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
