Creative Biogene KPC Producing Bacteria Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of KPC Producing Bacteria in samples like sputum, wound excretion, food, stool, urine, C.S.F, pleural effusion, ascites, blood by using real time PCR systems. A few class A enzymes, most noted the plasmid-mediated KPC enzymes, are effective carbapenemases as well. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the KPC Producing Bacteria. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
