Creative Biogene Leptospira Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of leptospira in serum, urine or C.S.F samples by using real time PCR systems. Leptospira is a genus of spirochaete bacteria, including a small number of pathogenic and saprophytic species. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the leptospira. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
