Creative Biogene UU/MH/MG/TV Multiplex Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU), Mycoplasma humenis (MH), Mycoplasma genitalium(MG) and Trichomonas vaginalis(TV) in genital swabs and urine specimens by using real time PCR systems. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU), Mycoplasma humenis (MH), Mycoplasma genitalium(MG) and Trichomonas vaginalis(TV). Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
