Ureaplasma parvum is a species of Ureaplasma, a genus of bacteria belonging to the family Mycoplasmataceae. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Ureaplasma parvum. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
