Mycoplasma hominis is a species of bacteria in the genus Mycoplasma. M. hominis has the ability to penetrate the interior of human cells. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Mycoplasma Hominis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
