Creative Biogene Mycoplasma Genitalium (MG) Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Mycoplasma Genitalium in genital swabs or urine samples by using real time PCR systems. Mycoplasma genitalium (MG) is a sexually transmitted, small and pathogenic bacterium that lives on the skin cells of the urinary and genital tracts in humans. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Mycoplasma Genitalium. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
