Creative Biogene Trichinella Spiralis Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Trichinella Spiralis by using real time PCR systems. Trichinella spiralis is an ovoviviparous nematode parasite, occurring in rodents, pigs, bears, hyenas and humans, and is responsible for the disease trichinosis. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Trichinella Spiralis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
