Creative Biogene Angiostrongylus Cantontensis Real Time PCR Kitis used for the detection of Angiostrongylus Cantontensis by using real time PCR systems. Angiostrongylus cantonensis is a parasitic nematode (roundworm) that causes angiostrongyliasis, the most common cause of eosinophilic meningitis in Southeast Asia and the Pacific Basin. The kit contains a specific ready-to-use system for the detection of the Angiostrongylus Cantontensis. Fluorescence is emitted and measured by the real time systems' optical unit during the PCR.
