          465 ml of Basal Medium

            25 ml of Qualified Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS)

              5 ml of Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (RMSCS)

              5 ml of penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S)

★ Product Description

    Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cell Growth Medium（RMSC-GM）contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected fetal bovine serum (FBS) and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing rat mesenchymal stem cells isolated from bone marrow. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance. By using this medium, rat mesenchymal stem cells can be quickly expanded with minimal differentiation.

★ Instruction for Use

        1. Prior to use, thaw the Qualified FBS and penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/   S) overnight at 2 to 8 ℃.

        2. Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.

        3. Thaw the Rat Mesenchymal Stem Cell Supplement (RMSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.

        4. Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.

    This product is for laboratory research use only. It is not approved for human or animal use, or for application in in vitro diagnostic procedures.

★ Storage Conditions

    Basal Medium should be stored at 4℃, while RMSCS, FBS and P/S solution should be storedin the dark at -20℃.
