★ Product Description

      Human umbilical blood cord mesenchymal Stem Cells Growth Medium（HUMSC-GM）contains essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors, trace minerals and pre-selected fetal bovine serum (FBS) and other supplements. The product is suitable for culturing human umbilical blood mesenchymal stem cells isolated from human umbilical cord. The product is strictly aseptic without any contamination of virus or mycoplasma, and exhibits stable performance. By using this medium, human umbilical blood cord mesenchymal stem cells can be quickly expanded with minimal differentiation.

★ Instructions for Use

   1. Prior to use, thaw the Qualified FBS and penicillin/streptomycin solution (P/S) overnight at 2 to 8 ℃.

   2. Add the above thawed solutions to the Basal Medium, gently swirl the bottle to ensure the mixture homogeneity.

   3. Thaw the uuman umbilical blood cord Mesenchymal Stem Cells Supplement (HUMSCS) in water bath (37℃) and then add it into the above mixture to make the complete medium.

  4. Store the complete medium in the dark at 4℃.

★ Storage Condition

     Basal Medium should be stored at 4℃, while HUMSCS, FBS and P/S solution should be stored in the dark at -20℃.
