Principle
This assay kit (double antigen sandwich ELISA) can detect SPV level in the sample from monkey serum or plasma，it uses purified recombinant SPV antigens to coat microplate wells to become solid-phase antigen, when adding SPV antibody into the wells, then adding SPV which labeled with IgG-HRP, it will become antigen-antibody-enzyme-antigen complex, If the above solution indicates color when meet with TMB, it means that serum or plasma contains SPV antibody.The concentrations of SPV in the samples are determined by comparing the O.D. value of the samples with standard cure.
