Summary
Fraction Protein Extraction Kit is widely used in extracting protein from tissue or cells, the tissues or cells are sequentially extracted, for the separation and enrichment of various protein components, resulting in four classes of proteins with decreasing solubility. Among them, extraction 1 mainly contains cytoplasmic proteins, extraction 2 mainly contains nuclear proteins and perimembrane proteins, extraction 3 mainly contains integrative membrane proteins, and extraction 4 mainly contains cytoskeletal proteins and highly hydrophobic signal membrane proteins. The extraction process does not require special instruments, and extraction 1, 2, and 3 can be used for 2D electrophoresis analysis, while extraction 4 can be used for SDS-PAGE, Western blot, etc.
