Description

Influence of using concentration to fluorescence:
The successful of experiment have many factors, but the using concentration of fluorescence is a very important factor, If low concentration it will make a fluorescent signal changes reduced. This means that low copy of the product may not be able to be checked out. And in high concentration will restrain polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Reduce the PCR efficiency. So in general use SYBR Green I we should optimal concentration according to the actual situation . We provide 20 x concentrate When using can dilute 20 to 100 times. Even if the concentration is between 1 X and 0.2 X .
The influence of Magnesium ions concentration :
Improving the concentration of magnesium ions can restrain the influence of SYBR Green I.We suggest that in the Fluorescence polymerase chain reaction with SKBR Green I the concentration of magnesium should more higher than the common experience without SYBR Green I by 0.5 to 3mM .
