Description:
Bioteke Universal Protein Extraction Reagent contains 20mM Tris(pH7.5), NaCl，EDTA, sodium pyrophosphate，special nonionic detergents and phosphatase inhibitors. This buffer enables protein (especial phosphoprotein) extraction from cytoplasm, membrane and nuclear and is compatible with many applications, including Western Blot, IP and protein activity assay etc.
