Description
One-step SYBR Real-time RT-PCR Kit provides components for one-step reverse transcription and real-time quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) in a convenient format that is compatible with both rapid and standard real-time cycling conditions. This kit allows cDNA synthesis and PCR in a single tube using gene-specific primers and either total RNA or messenger RNA. This kit includes RT-PCR MIX with SYBR Green I and 2× Reaction Buffer. RT-PCR MIX contains Thermo M-MLV that is stable at 42-60℃ and has no RNase H activity and Taq DNA polymerase. 2× Reaction Buffer consists of a proprietary buffer system that has been optimized for qRT-PCR, and includes Mg2+, dNTPs, and stabilizers.
