Description
Pfu DNA polymerase is isolated from E.coli strain that containsPyrococcud fureosis DNA polymerase gene. Because of its 3′-5 ′ exonuclease activity, it can correct the mismatches in DNA amplification. Pfu DNA polymerase has the lowest error rate in all discovered DNA polymerase. Power Pfu PCR MasterMix containing all optimized buffer, dNTP and Pfu concentration not only increases DNA application efficiency, but also increases amplified products.
