Usages:
It is commonly used in gene sequencing process. It contains a filter at the bottom, not silica based, so it will only filter the residue and prevent beads from falling out of the plate, while it won??t trap the plasmids.
Note: Please control your centrifugal speed and avoid too fast. Otherwise the paper in the plate might break and cause impurity of the sample.
