HCC Bio columns series experimental grade compressible chromatographic columns
HCC Bio columns series chromatographic column is a medium and low pressure chromatographic column specially designed for the laboratory. It is suitable for laboratory research and small-scale separation and purification. It can be used to fill chromatography fillers such as molecular sieve chromatography, affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and C18. It plays a key role in the separation and purification of antibodies, vaccines, recombinant proteins, biological products and natural products.

HCC compressible chromatographic column
HCC chromatography column is an easy to fill empty chromatography column used for medium to high pressure column chromatography, with a maximum pressure of up to 20 bar (290 psi).
The HCC air chromatography column has stable pressure and is easy to fill, making it suitable for medium to high pressure liquid chromatography.
Pressure stability: can withstand pressures up to 20 bar (2 MPa, 290 psi)
Multifunctional: Dual joints and axial compression can achieve various column bed heights and chromatographic column filling schemes
Multiple specifications of chromatographic columns: available in 10, 16, 26, or 50 mm lengths of 20, 30, 40, 60100cm
Scalability: The HCC chromatography column series facilitates reliable process amplification and is suitable for the research and application of protein samples such as antibodies, fusion proteins, vaccines, viruses, etc
Highly flexible: optional 2-end compression, can be used within a larger range of column bed height.
Adjustment with support: equipped with column base with support, no chromatography column clamp is required, which can save user space
Each HCC chromatography column consists of a column tube, an external protective tube, two joints, and corresponding pipelines
HCC hollow column with stable pressure, used for process development and preparation of chromatographic columns. These chromatographic columns can withstand pressures of up to 20 bar
