Spray drying technology is a drying method with rapid development and wide application range in the drying field. It is widely used in many industries such as food, pharmacy, petroleum, chemical industry, bioengineering, new materials, new energy, etc.

The raw material liquid can be a solution, emulsion, paste or melt, etc.

The small spray dryer uses a two fluid nozzle to disperse the sample solution into droplets. The droplets in the drying tower directly contact with the hot air to take away the moisture (or other liquids) in the sample, so as to achieve the purpose of drying. The waste gas is separated from the sample powder through the cyclone separator. The sample powder is retained in the main receiving bottle, and the waste gas is discharged through the outlet filter.

The high-performance spray dryer is widely applicable to all solutions, such as emulsions and suspensions. It can also dry some heat sensitive substances, such as biological products, biological pesticides, enzyme preparations, food, etc. Thermally sensitive substances evaporate instantly in the drying tower, and the surface temperature of the droplets is not high, so these active materials can still maintain their active ingredients unchanged after drying.
