*High-T blast bypass flue, 3-level speed controllable recycling freezer, meeting the criterion of Europe & America product standard. This product could non-stop work for a long time without fluctuation and shift of temperature or humidity. Water and energy saving is efficient.

*Super sized (150mm×50mm) LCD equipped, intelligent programming controller based on fuzzy PID controlling technique, 30 programs pre-set. It could work for 99 cycles, with time, temperature and humidity. Video and audio alarms are installed.

*Capacitive type humidity sensor made in Switzerland, ABB Pt100 resistance temperature sensor imported from German, EBM cooling freezer imported from German, international branded sealed refrigerant, PU casters are equipped under the bottom could be turned and locked as needed.

*The handle of the outer door is locked by a 90o rotary lock with 4-point touch which shows German & Americas style and used for compulsory seal. Such a design prevents any vibration from shaking or even throwing down the samples kept in the box when the door is closed. Inner door with positioning function is made of 5mm-thick tempered glass, and a waterproof light equipped outside of the inner box top. When you open the outer door, an all-round observation is available through the inner glass door. Such a design avoids the fluctuations of temperature and humidity inside of the box. No. 304 stainless steel (S.S) clapboards are supplied for users to adjust themselves. An observation hole corked with φ40mm silicon plug is installed on one side of the box, which makes the monitoring more efficient.

* Quenching gas recycling system ensures the uniformity of temperature and humidity. Various functions are prepared, such as leakage protection, over-temperature alarm and protection, low-water alarm, appointed startup and shutdown, clock memory, live line indicating, interruption memory, power supply recovery, etc.

*Numerically controlled machine and the combined technology of laser cutting and modulus are employed in sheet metal processing. The outer box is made of cold-rolled steel in high quality, and the tank is made of No. 304 S.S plate. The outer box is powder sprayed and the bottom of the box is weld with rectangular steel, so that the strength of the whole chamber has reached the international level of similar products. 3-layered heat insulation is applied in the chamber, which is made of dense PU heat preservation material and reaches the production standard in the world.
