Performance
1, PLC touch screen preset procedure, users can also set parameters and write program flexibly.
2. LCD to show kinds of procedures, operation period,temperature and faults information. Procedure control: 40 procedure control, is preset with 4 standard cleaning procedure.
3. Clean heat heated-air drying, is installed with 2 cleaning pumps, automatically introduce cleaning agent as required.
4.  Single cleaning water 35L, user can place 2 layers of cleaning frame: the highest height of the placed vessel in upper layer is 170mm, when the two layers are placed at the same time, the highest hieght of bessel in the sublayer is 210mm; the highest height of vessel placed in single layer can be 440mm.
5.  Many kinds of cleaning frame can meets cleaning requirements for different glassware.
(cleaning frame can be dismantled or assembled according to customer’s requirements, is convenient for cleaning of different glassware)
6. Cleaning procedure can be set to meet user's requirements; 93℃heat sterilization, is in accordance with EN ISO 15883-1/2 cleaning machine disinfection certification.
7.  Automatically control liquid level sensor to avoid the loss of water and cleaning agent.
8.  Automatically diagnose faults, buzzer automatically alarms.

11.  It is installed with softener system, can be connected with tap water directly. the complete machine is designed into modularization, is equipped with water purification machine itself.
12. The whole body is stainless structure, the equipment exterior is made from stainless 304, while the interior made from stainless 316, has good non-corrosibility, anti-high temperature.
13. 3 layers(AISI316L) of stainless fitler net to prevent impurity enter into it. thus protect
14. Using PT1000 temperature probe. It’s matched with 2 peristaltic pumps, 2 liquid level control sensors to prevent the loss of water and cleaning agent in cleaning tank.
15. Oval flat rotary water alarm with spread-eagle rectangle water spray gap, the spraying range of water column is broad, the cleaning is more thorough.
16. Thickened insulated door can reduc heat loss and electricity consumption, the noise ranges 52 to 58dB.
17. It’s equipped with reagent storage cabinet, and is also equipped with 60L or 120L PE water tank.
18. It is fit to clean lab glassware like test-tube, beaker, flask, cylinder, volumetric flask, conical flask, etc
19. Multiplicate disinfect cleaning frames design can meet cleaning of different vessels. The frames is easy to be replaced, the frames can be customized according to different cleaning requirements.
20. Water supply conditions: primary prewashing usetap water directly, the last step end washing had better use deionized water to ensure the requirements for veseels.
