Total exhausted air tunnel
HFsafe-900TE/1200TE BSC belongs to CLASS II – TYPE B2. The air pass through the working area is totally exhausted after passing the ULPA exhaust filter. It reduces the danger of cross contamination to the sample and protects the personnel around the working area.

Vertical laminar airflow with negative pressure
With a negative pressure in all ducts and plenum system, all particles will be returned to the negative pressure chamber and captured by main and exhaust filters even if a leak occurred in the sealing system.


ULPA filters
The ULPA filter of HFsafe-900TE/1200TE is of the top level. It offers a filtration efficiency of 99.999% for the particle size of 0.1-0.2um that may be attached by bacteria and microorganism.

Blower motor system
The vertical airflow will be automatically supplied at the speed of 0.3m/s?.025 without interruption. When filter block occurs, the blower motor will increase the speed to ensure constant vertical airflow to guarantee the safe performance

Electricity-driven front window
The front window is driven by a motor, and it can be moved smoothly and exactly to a desirable position, it can completely seal the working chamber. If the opening position is higher than the safe position, an automatic alarm will remind the user to adjust it.

Non-reflecting safety glass (MSG)
All the windows are made of multi-layer, non-reflecting safety glasses (MSG) of highest quality. A comfortable operation surrounding is offered to the operators.

Strip bar display
The wind pressure before and after the filter is displayed by a strip bar on the LCD control panel. It works as an indicator of the life utility of the main filter, which reminds the user to replace the ULPA filters on time.

Coarse grid filters
There are two grid filters installed inside the BSC, which extends the life utility of the main ULPA filters.

Safe protection for environment
The exhaust filter is the same as the main filter, which ensures the safe protection for environment.

Microprocessor
The keys on the control panel, together with the LCD display, makes it clear for the working condition and data.

The UV light can only be switched on when the front window and the lamp are closed

The fluorescent light inside the working area raises the efficiency and decrease the tiredness.
