Tehnical Process Introduction
Electrodialysis works using permeability of ion-exchange membrane,  its key component is ion exchange membrane. Ion exchange membrane of electrodialyzer has Selective permeability to anion and cation under the direct-current field function. namely cation can permeate cation menbrane, while anion can permeate anion membrane. compartment, composed of partition board and membrane, anion in thin room will move toward positive pole to pass through cation membrane, and is blocked in thick room, while cation will move toward negative pole to pass through anion membrane, and is blocked in thin room, from this liquor in thin room can desalinate, liquor in thick room increases density, thus achieves the destination to desalination, purification, concentration.
 
Mixed bed, is taking anion and cation resin in the same exchanger according to some certain proportion before the movement, makes it homogeneous mixed. At the moment after passing Mixed-bed ion-exchange, H+ OH- produced by treated water generate into low-solubility water. as ultra purified device of the process terminal, may make the terminal water’s resistivity reach over 15MΩ. cm, can meet users’ high quality water requirements.
