HBV-DNA quantitative/qualitative enzyme immunoassay system

As the main application of Plomerase Chain Reaction awarded by the Nobel Prize, DNA detection is widely applied to the fields of the genetic diease, tumor and infectious disease such as hepatitis and venereal disease, owing to the its convenience, rapidity and high sensitivity.
