A We keep stock of finished products and semi-finished products in stock to ensure fast delivery within 2 weeks (except for bulk order).
Q:How can you ensure safety of the products during shipment?
A Our standard package is pywood case with pallet underneath and foam filled inside the pacakge which can protect the goods during shipment.

A We have been selling our centrifuges on about 50 countries in the past 10 years with very limited complaint rate less than 1%.

A We provide 18-months warranty and lifetime maintenance. We offer online and video technical customer service in English.

A We offer free spare parts and cover international air courier freight at our cost. You can receive parts in 1-2 weeks.
