Product description:

Vacuum freeze-drying which is also named as Lyophilization or sublimation drying, widely used in medicine, chemical, biological products, and food industry. Lyophilization is very applicable to thermosensitive material such as antibiotic, vaccines, blood products, enzyme hormone and other biological tissue.

 

Main features:

- With heating shelves and the heating temperature curve could be set in advance.

- Large screen displays the curve and numbers, include working time, condensing temperature, shelve temperature, sample temperature and vacuum degree.

- Build-in dual refrigerating compressors and the condensing temperature is -70°C

- Big open cold-trap, a little of samples can be pre-frozen in it.

- The material of cold-trap is stainless steel, no coiled tube inside, bright, clean and corrosion resistance.

- Patent design for draft tube, improve cold-trap’s effective area, rapid freeze-drying.

- Imported gas-charging valve, be able to charge dry nitrogen or inert gases.

- 20 groups of program could be stored and each program could have 20 multiple segments. Drying curves also can be stored.

- Use safe heating voltage ensures the human touch safety.

- The heating elements are made of particular materials, ensures the consistency of the sample heating.

- Transparent Acrylic Drum drying chamber for user observing the drying process.

- Vacuum interface meets international standard, be able to connect with variety of vacuum pump.

- USB or RS485 port to connect with the computer. (Optional)
