NFKB inhibitor beta encoded by NFKBIB belongs to the NF-kappa-B inhibitor family, which inhibit NF-kappa-B by complexing with, and trapping it in the cytoplasm. Phosphorylation of serine residues on these proteins by kinases marks them for destruction via the ubiquitination pathway, thereby allowing activation of the NF-kappa-B, which translocates to the nucleus to function as a transcription factor. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for NFKBIB.
The Abbkine IκB-β (phospho Ser23) Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen and detects endogenous levels of IκB-β protein only when phosphorylated at S23. The antibody has been validaed in WB, IHC-P, IF, ELISA and reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat samples.
Abbkine supplies below price/size: $100/30μl, $220/100μl, $360/200μl of Rabbit Anti-IκB-β (phospho Ser23) Polyclonal Antibody at https://www.abbkine.com/product/iκb-β-phospho-ser23-polyclonal-antibody-abp50347.
