Principle
DNA/RNA Purification Kit are use to purify both genomic DNA and total RNA from a single cell and tissue sample. The unique lysate can lysate cells and inactivates cellular RNA/DNA enzymes to release DNA and RNA complex，the DNA and RNA complex filter genomic DNA adsorption column， DNA is adsorbed and RNA released.
Genomic DNA is purified from the DNA adsorption column eluted by a series of rinse-centrifugation. RNA was selectively adsorbed on the RNA adsorption column in the state of high disordered salt, is extracted based on elution by a series of rinse-centrifugation.
The purified DNA and RNA are eluted separately，there is no need to divide the sample into two for separate purification procedures, maximum yields of DNA and RNA can be achieved.
